Albacete 1 October 2013: TLP 2013-5

The day before the spottersday, we stayed outside the base to watch the TLP mission. We first tried the civil terminal for the take offs, but in less than one minute after we arrived, we got chased away from the police... She was screeming that is was stricktly forbidden to take pictures, even while there were 200 spotters inside the base near the runway that moment... Anyway for the less troubles, we went to an other spot a little further from the fence, and found a lot of other spotters there, but now we know why they remain there The weather that day was a mix of sun and clouds, but for the take offs, more clouds than sun... After the take offs, we went to the other side of the base again to wittness the landings. There we were more lucky with the sunny spells.

In the morning we first went to San Javier near Murcia, but this was the only C101 Aviojet we saw...


Luckely this nice dauphin helicopter was making circuits at San Javier


Then we went to Albacete for the TLP
