Re: ETAR 26-01-2014
We happened to be there too and left around 1430, so I can fill in some gaps:
88197 was the missing 62nd AW one
33124 was a 437th AW bird
85712 was the 317th AW C-130J
88601/RS "86 AW" was hangared, in the easternmost hangar, but towed out around 1430
We did not see a 606 (just 601, 602, 604, 609 to 613 and 43142 (the last one was parked along the 317th example), so your 606 may have been 610?
Also, there was a Grissom AFRC KC-135, 10272 and we can confirm the N918AX.
Lastly, we can confirm the continued existence of the ABDR F-15A on the SE side of the base, east of the ammo ramp.

Re: ETAR 26-01-2014
EvD, can you confirm that the KC-135 61-0272 was a Grissom bird and not a Tinker one??
Cheers,
Eric

Re: ETAR 26-01-2014
Eric,we saw 61-0272 also at RS,
It wears the fin stripe frim Grisom.
Red fin stripe from 74 ARS 434 ARW AFRC.
But from wat i heard a few days back it is a new 135 from the 507 ARW AFRC Tinker AFB.
So recently transfered from the 434 ARW to the 507 ARW.
But still wearing his old unit markings
Cheers

Re: ETAR 26-01-2014
Ok thanks for your answer Bram
Re: ETAR 26-01-2014
Bram,
Try to identify him by the markings on his boom, as that's always the first thing they change. This one had boommarkings of his new unit and fin tip markings of his old unit....
Regards,
Oscar
