I haven't seen the serial yet, but I have spotted G550 TC-DAP as well at Melsbroek. Around 10:00 it was not there yet, but during my second drive by (14:30), it was parked near the police hangar.

TCDAP already arrived yesterday evening from ESB as TRK11.
It arrived +/- 15min before TCANA.
