Holzdorf questionnaires

Good afternoon,

regarding Luftwaffe airbase Holzdorf:
Has anybody experience with spotting from outside?
Judging Google earth I have my doubts if it is worth
the detour. Help would be much appreciated,

Did it once. With a good scope you could read some choppers on the south west side, if they are outside. In my opinion it is not worth the detour. If you are into photography you could skip this base for sure. By the way, the UH1 gateguard is visible from outside. Don't know if their hind is already restored.
