Can someone help me?
At the Ramstein disaster of 28-8-1988 a USAr UH-60A (on standby!) was hit by one of the crashing MB-339PAN a/c.
Who knows the correct serial?
There are four options. All of which were seen later on, so was the UH-60A repaired?

No UH-60A was declared an "A" loss on that date, so whichever it was, obviously repaired
