Just another 'heads-up' for those interested (no fine weather though...).
No exact times but should be quite accurate enough untill we get some fixed STA's / STD's.

EU summit heads of state/government:

Thursday 24 October:
09h30LT tripartite social summit (Greece, Lithuania, Italy)
16h15-16h45 arrival of participants at EU HQ Brussels (so main wave of arrivals most likely in window 14-16h15)
Friday 25 October:
12h30LT end of meeting with a press conference (departures 13hrs and later)

as for visitors, the usual stuff. If anyone wants to know some possible callsigns just tell me, I'll post them as well.
