Reconstruction main runway in 2014

A tender has been announced concerning above mentioned reconstruction, which will take place over the period 01052014-31102014.

Will all F-16's move to leeuwarden during that period? Just like the Leeuwarden F-16's moved to Volkel this year?

Probably not, Volkel has a parallel runway.
