Hi all,
Can anybody tell me status of Muzeum Katynski in Warszawa?
EMOOS 2011 mentions the museum is closed due to the poor state of the fort, but all aircraft should be visible from outside. I tried to find a spot via Google Earth, but didn't succeed.
Can anybody give me some advise, perhaps some coordinates from where the aircraft are visible from outside??
Any help is more then welcome of course.
Best regards
Rob

Rob,
It looks like you will have to park your car (if you are in a car!) and then walk through the treeline. If you go to 52.180988,21.062662 on Google Maps you can then place the little "orange man" on a couple of photo locations that are on the grassy area between the road and the museum, looks like you walk through to there, so if you keep going..?

From the bridge by the museum entrance 52.18352, 21.06695 circle the fence (clockwise or counter clockwise) and you will see all aircraft. This way is easier then to cross the water on the selfmade "bridge".

If I have a look on Google Earth Street View I see a green fence at the coordinate you mention. I see no way to pass the green fence without climbig over it.K2G wrote:From the bridge by the museum entrance 52.18352, 21.06695 circle the fence (clockwise or counter clockwise) and you will see all aircraft. On Google the water looks dry, but this garantees the situation in two weeks.
