According to RTV Rijnmond a Russian Navy vessel is currently present at the Wilhelminakade in Rotterdam. Ship has a helo platform, but no helo could be seen on photo. Have no further info.
Update from Facebook site RTV Rijnmond: ship seemed to have left around 1530hrs..
