It looks like a very interesting USAF aircraft indeed?
They only have three of this type and 9001 is the only one with radar bulbs on top and bottom
Callsign is VELCRO4
Not 04 at end.

Parking K37.

For spotters unaware of the parking K37 position. This is at Schiphol East General Aviation apron. I made a Google Maps map. The purple line (best seen in earth view) shows the parking spot.

Reason for this visit is most likely because of maintenance by Bombardier which is located at Schiphol East. Last year Schiphol was also visited by an E-11A for the same reason
