That C-40 you saw was most probably the Royal Jet 737. Didn't write the reg, but it had a cheatline very similar to the USN.

Are you sure about the Morocan? I saw a Turkish gvmt CE. 560 (TC-LAB) and a Morocan Falcon 50 (CN-ANO).
