The official (luchtmacht) website is not up-to-date as you have noticed. This could be because of the happening last week in Amsterdam. Particpants check in at the RNLAF Air Display Office (BAD). From that I make a notice about the particpant which will be placed bij another colleague on the web. Since your guys are curious I spread now and then information to topgun1984 who
has a page on FB. This information is from open source.
And yes, there is more to come..
Re: Luchtmachtdagen/Airforcedays 14/15 June 2013 Volkel
Why not just share the list of confirmed participants (with BAD) that have not been listed on the official website yet?jb5 wrote:Particpants check in at the RNLAF Air Display Office (BAD).

It's not the displayteam, displaypilot, crewchief or coach who desides to come to a airshow..it's the Air Force Commander, Minister of Defence, or owner of the team who gives the "GO" to come the Airshow. So, we'll have to wait untill we have the official mail, fax, letter or what ever.
I give up aswell...

But you were first saying the website is not complete, than Stefan asked what is missing and you stated that noting more is confirmed yet. If the latter is OK, than the website is complete. If the latter is not OK, than Stefans question is a valid one and still unanswered....jb5 wrote:Stefan wrote:Why not just share the list of confirmed participants (with BAD) that have not been listed on the official website yet?jb5 wrote:Particpants check in at the RNLAF Air Display Office (BAD).

Stefan and others that may concern,
If the BAD don't want to make a full list known, than it is so.... They organise the event and so they have every right to withheld information. Lucerative rumours like that Slovakian Mig 29 is exactly why they don't publish their list yet..
First. Such a list is subject to change on the last minute of the last day [sarcasm]cause you don't want angry spotters at the event if the info is wrong[/sarcasm]
Second. The FB group i mentioned and created from dust is one of my little projects that i set up to inform everyone that needs information about the the days and that don't want to register to yet another forum (like this one)
THIRD. You wont be seeying me here around anymore cause i really had it with scramble forum and their "we are number one" attitude (and im not the first user OR spottinggroup that says or have said that).. You guys keep forgetting one thing... We don't need you for the things you publish.. YOU need people like us for the info you can put tha online. Its simple... without US... this forum wouldn't excist.
Farewell.

What about the way different other airshows are publishing their participants. Airforce flashing red(declined) yellow (in the pipeline) or green (confirmed). Seems to work with airshows like Kecskemet, Radom, RIAT and Waddington. By doing that, you can show the anyone how things are going. And it will prevent discussions about what has or might have been invited, and who has declined or confirmed.

jb5 posted a few days ago the list at page 3 of http://forum.scramble.nl/viewtopic.php? ... 9&start=30 by Harry_imp is almost correct:wamovements wrote:But you were first saying the website is not complete, than Stefan asked what is missing and you stated that noting more is confirmed yet. I think they have to adhere to the webpolicy laid out by the MoD. Mind, the "show's website" (as it is referred to) isn't a dedicated website for the show, it is just a small part of defensie.nl.michel N wrote:What about the way different other airshows are publishing their participants. This is in no way related to having the first info here, at Scramble. As far as I am concerned Spotting Group Volkel is the group that is entitled to all first hand info, since they are working their asses off again creating checklists and organising a spotters day for the event.

Last time at the Volkel airshow there were a few participants that did a flying display and were parked on static as well.Harry_Imp wrote:I do not know for sure, but that is what I have been told, by the owner of the group on Facebook who told us about the Estonian participation.
Perhaps that is why the KLu website lists the spit as flying and static. That would at least be my guess.

I saw pictures of the 65th Years 323 SQN special tail on milspotters: http://www.milspotters.nl/forum/viewtop ... =19&t=6600
Would be nice if this one also came to Volkel to be part of the static.
