14.08 LT: Some test counts right now on 11175 kHz. First one was Lajes, I mist the second one.

REACH 355 is now working with ATCC Dutch Mil on 128.3500 MHz. Radar shows Boeing C-17A with tail 89-1192.

REACH 356: Boeing C-17A 10-0219 with ATCC Dutch Mil on 128.3500 MHz.

Mainsail, which is callsign of HFGCS (HF Global Communications System) where 11175.0 is their primary frequency.
As you logged this RCH also overhead The Netherlands, it is safe to say he wanted to test his HF radio before crossing the Atlantic.
These calls are pretty common.

Believe this RCH355 was part of several C-17's in RCH35x range as support to Obama's visit to Middle East
