Hi,
I am looking voor a lens for my Nikon D90 which is now fitted with the 18-105 AF-S 3.5-5.6G ED lens. I am very happy with this set.
I am picking up the photography side of the hobby, the amazing shots of some of you guys in this forum really infected me
I am looking for a lens for taking pictures at airports and air shows (civil/military).
I am looking in a price range that contain the following lenses:
- Tamron 70-300mm F4.0-5.6 Di VC USD Nikon
- Nikkor AF-S 55-300mm F4.5-5.6 G ED DX VR
- Sigma 70-300mm F4.0-5.6 DG OS Nikon
Which of these do you recommend? I have also seen some topics in this forum on fixed 300mm lenses, should I also consider this? Could I also consider second hand lenses?
Regards,
Stuart

I always should go for an original Nikon one, and I should buy/prefer a used , more advanced one, for the same price as a new basic model.

For a 70-300 i should take the tamron one, tried the nikon and that one and the tamron is slightly sharper overall.
