2 airplanes noted,both sans markings,

161338 had acquired full VP-16 markings by 16th April.

Visiting P-3C from Kadena noted landing at 15.29 on the 06th January,

Most probably a misread for 166935 which is the new NL-541 since feb2012.

Maybe,but this info came from a Japanese source,and ususlly the Japanese are very accurate with information.
