Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). No, I cannot afford to buy this nice device. Shots taken with 70-200 f/4IS.
Thanks for all comments.

Re: Hind over seaside - air to air
well, with 1/25sec with eos 5D2, & 70-200IS4 set on TV(?) and using autofocus(?).
You clearly do not need a gyro anyway. well done

Hoera d'revolutie, 't is eindelijk zover', maar de nwe leiders blijken net zo autoritair
Re: Hind over seaside - air to air
Mi-24 is not very friendly for photographers - a lot of vibrations inside - so with gyro would be easier but I must handle itonly with IS.

Hi, Bartek, I saw the same two plus another one landing at Miroslawiec on the July, 25th. Was this the date of your flight??Borygo wrote:

CBR - the same pair. Probably the last days of those.
Mi-2Ch is also used in chemical reconnaissance.
Thanks for comments.

I have no idea. What I can tell you is that they supposed to be use in area where chemical or nuclear attack has been conducted. They were checking how bad situation is - or something like that.

In 2004 I saw an Ukrainian Army Mi-24Ch but they have claws on their pylons to take soil samples and an "laboratory" on board.

I do not see this on the Mi-2Ch.
