Re: Farnborough International 9-15 July 2012
... politics fail again ...
The Russian Knights formation aerobatics team has suspended a trip to Britain to take part in the Farnborough International Air Show due to a lack of permits for taking military equipment out of the country from the Russian Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation.
The Russian Knights were due to participate in the show's aerobatic display program.
"Without this permit, which is based on the relevant laws, Russian military aircraft cannot leave the country," a source connected with the organization of the trip told RIA Novosti.

Politics offer us far more failures then successes so let's only mention this if they're succesfull as that has a lot more news value.....Hurricane wrote: ... politics fail again

N-228 CORRECT not yet delivered , it has also a sticker with CSX-?????
Re: Farnborough International 9-15 July 2012
UH-72 was checked on its plate as 11-72224 and c/n 9501.
S-70i was SP-YVE
Viking should be ZE614 (not checked) and Vigilant coded UT.
@Leonard, did you check the c/n for the Yak-130 yourself? Or what is your source?

Can you tell me were the serial "ZM401" came from? As far as I'm aware this is to become
an aircraft for the French AF?

Charles
