Today's activity up to 12.30,

One of the KC-10As had a maintenace issue which required a writted dispensation from Travis AFB before departure,which was not forthcoming in a timely manner,so th second KC-10A (Blue 11 87-0119) was scrubbed.A move to fly 6 F-16s on the other KC-10A was discussed,but rejected.
