I believe it was uncertain were BA-16 and BA-45 went after leaving Vissenaken(B)
they are at Bitburg;
BD13 and BD51 are also still on this site, the serial of BA51 has been painted over.
the "museum?" was closed but the gate to a compount next to it was not locked, if you enter that compount you can see the Mirage,s
there is a peace of fence missing so you could get real close to them.....

Taken from an older (2010) topic on the same subject:
If you follow 'Zur Startbahn' you will find them on your right hand side along with some old Russian vehicles. These vehicles are hard to miss and if you walk up to the fence you'll see the aircraft.

Just one more question; the GE image is dated 2009 and shows more aircraft. Are there more aircraft at that location besides the Belgian Mirages or are they gone by now?

Re: Bitburg Mirage,s
AFAIK the only other "aircraft" at that location is/was a MiG AS.1 "Kennel" cruise missile (which indeed looks like a scaled version of a cockpitless MiG17). And of course, Bitburg is still an active, if civil, airfield these days...

Re: Bitburg Mirage,s
We visited Burburg today and saw two Mirage 5 fuselages. No wings, no tail, no serials. Who can help with this?
The owner of the place is an agressive dude who was shouting at us to leave "und schnell!!!" while he was waving with a shovel. Anyway, we were standig at the premesis of his neighbour, who was chilly and relax and tried to calm down the guy. He asked for us if we could take a closer look, but is was "nein, nein, nein, nein, nein!".

Hmmm, this is supposed to be a museum. But given this guys attitude, the real purpose will be different I guess....
Annoying, I still need one of the four Mirages!
