Re: Red Flags Nellis in 2012
I'd be tempted to exchange my visit in July for this one... Indeed pretty impressive, it's the most crowded exercise to be hosted in 2012 at Nellis.

Re: Red Flags Nellis in 2012
I'll be there again for Redflag 2, good to see some of you Dutch guys there last month...anyone know what RAF Sqdn it is there for this next event? Should be a great event...be advised as there is a NASCAR event on the 9-11th (or whatever that weekend is!) March so recoveries over the raceway on the Friday and poss'' the Thursday maybe out as there will probably be helicopter and banner towing aircraft over the track? Traffic that weekend to and from the LA area on the I-15 Freeway before and straight after will be terrible! See you there!!

nellis afb red flag o green falg 2012 calendary
Hello to all who can help me. In August I'll be at Nellis, I can not understand the web at Nellis, the dates of the green flag of August. Who can help me and tell me when it starts and when it ends? He deserves the same, such as photographs, even if it is not the red flag? I also saw the tutorial JEFX, also deserves better than this or the red. Thanks to all
Re: Red Flags Nellis in 2012
An additional E-2D was 168076/602, note the tail numbers are incorrect
I believe there was another one if anyone is able to tie it up
Also, any ID for the third EP-3? I only have 159512 and 156511
A couple of additional MO F15Es are 87-0169, 87-0170, 87-0207 and 87-0208 - all photographed from inside the base
The missing RAAF F-18 in the list is A21-25
Any IDs for the 6 H-60s outside on the 14th March?
And finally, does anyone have a tie up for the T-Birds at the moment
Cheers
Tony

Re: Red Flags Nellis in 2012
I only have seen two EP-3's in the entire week... However, there were four E-2Ds:

I ID'd four HH-60s on the 14th, at dawn:

regitypeoperatorspot_remarks

87-26008/FTHH-60G347th RQW/66th RQS

87-26010HH-60G347th RQW/66th RQS

90-26312HH-60G347th RQW/66th RQS

97-26774HH-60G347th RQW/66th RQS

If anyone is able to tie up the following:
Two VMFT-401 F-5s departing to Yuma on the 14th of March;
A USNavy C-26 seen in the morning of the 14th of March;
the lone VFA-32 F/A-18F arriving on the 16th of March;
...and the three VEGAS flights (2 flights of Raptors and a singleton HH-60) returing to Nellis (from?) on Friday the 16th?
Thanks!
