The weather may have been rather dull today, but at least you got the World Airways MD-11.
As is known by many the holding owning World A/W has filed for Chapter 11 bankrupty protection last week...

Someone told me that today the morning would still be very good and only in the afternoon there were to be clouds and rain. Unfortunately he was wrong. It turned out to be a grey day from the start. After a very early start however I wasn't going to return after an hour or so and decided to stay around and see and try out the spot Rene pointed out for me.

Nanou, nr.2 (and 1 & 3) were taken from the parking lot just north of runway 06/24 (spot nr.2 in the Airfield guide on this website). If you use a car you have to be lucky though because there are only about 12 spaces where you can legally park for one and a half hour max, so be sure to have your blue parking disc with you. And a stepladder, unless you use a lens with a diameter of 58mm or so

Great shots. I'd be gutted if someone said a Kenya 737 was coming in and it was in SkyTeam colours !
