Is it correct that there will be a spotters day at Kleine Brogel tomorrow? (17-09-2011)

I haven't seen any info about it but if so i would like to know if it will be open for all spotters and just pay at the gate or is it only open for people that have signed in before??

Het verkeer komende via de E313 vanuit Antwerpen wordt aangeraden de omleidingsborden te volgen.
