I would like to go on sunday to capture the IL-76 but I try to figure out the times... if I read it correctly it means

STA: 0915
STD: 1100

Sorry for this question But I have never yet been to a Military airport but for a nice IL-76 it will do
and maybe capture some nice F-16's as well...

The base is open between 11.15 and 13.00 local time for traffic (the arrival of the Il-76). Do not expect F-16s on a Sunday. The Il-76 will be the only movement, apart from the gliders taking over again as soon as the base is closed again.

Thanks stefan I will surely take a look could you maybe also give me some info about the Runways wich is most likely be used by the IL-76? I have seen the pictures from last time I thought it landed on 06R/24L...

A while ago the same kind of NOTAM was published but they actually did use the parallel occasionally.
Of course most of the traffic used the main runway.

That is a very strange remark... That would be the first time they switch between parallel runways because of changing wind directions...
