I heard some helos were due to arrive for refuel late afternoon, so went across with my camera for a look. 5 Longbow Apaches and 2 Merlins arrived. The Merlins departed after refuel, the Apaches stayed around until later in the evening. The weather was good, but the light went after a while due to a weather front arriving from the west and blocking the evening sun for the Merlin departures. Here are a few shots:

The Apache serials are really tiny, you definitely need optics to read them off at more than a few feet away!
