Between the Croatian Migs
Among the Air Force in Eastern Europe I visited, the HSN or the Croatian Air Force and 'was one of the more' "toughest" in the sense that my visit in 1994 to 4 bases was a period just does not quiet in the former Yugoslavia and during a truce between the fighting to the Croats and Serbs. Also difficult because I was subjected to very strict restrictions , but in the end I was "awarded" with a flight on the MiG-21 UM for an encounter with a MiG 21 Bis returning from a mission.

Re: Between the Croatian Migs
And yet another pleasant surprise!
Keep 'em coming!
It is rather rainy in Northwestern Europe the next few days, so I suspect many "military aircraft loving people" will not be sitting outside in the garden/on the balcony/before the local cafe/pub/restaurant, but "high and dry" behind a computer...
And what better way to spend one's time than to peruse through some rather seldom-seen pictures ?
