I have not yet mastered the workflow required from CANON CR2 (RAW) images to final processing in Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2. If anyone on the forum uses this combination could you please advise how you sequence the work to finally produce a jpeg image and print. Best regards and thanks for any help.

Sorry Andy, I do CR2 processing in Adobe Lightroom. From what I know, Paint Shop Pro is rarely discussed here. I think it is very well possible to process the CR2's in Lightroom and import them straight to PSP without having to save them first. Good luck with your query....
