a short visit here on 27.06.2011 from 11.15 until 11.30 and from 13.45 to 16.15 hours after watching tanker arrivals at Geilenkirchen resulted in witnessing the following movements:

I assume that the take off time is from the C-130. I was talking about the take off time for the JBG31 det to Deci!

Of course you can travel around the world to see "more" and "better" but why not be happy with what you get almost around the corner for at least some of us? (especially regarding todays fuel prices - I saw three Eurofighters for 10 Euro fuel and could go to work afterwards, Neuburg would have been 100 Euro fuel for ten Eurofighters and almost 24 hours without sleep, so what is "better"?)
By the way, this is the Nörvenich topic and not a discussion topic about what would have been thee best airfield during the day.
