From spot three to half way down the runway a new fence has been erected inside the old fence line, also a road which in places is over two metres high on a bank has been built.
The new runway is very close to the fence line, less than 200mm for a Phantom or Eagle but the new fence has reduced possibilities, the gate by spot 3 is still okay but between here and the radar building it is not any good for photographing on the runway, once aircraft are airborne it remains okay.
