Hi,

I was today with my kids in the funparc and can tell you the picture above and on their site is not exactly true (some photoshopping has been done)!
The picture makes it there should be 3 An-2 in the parc, but the ex Polish AF 4723 in the right under corner is there not anymore and is the yellow one in the middle of the picture close to the water. It's now painted in fantasy colours yellow and purple and can be visited from inside. A check in the cockpit didn't show any radiocallsign or former registration. So I ASSUME it is the former Polish AF 4723 that used to be outside the funparc. This one is, I think not/hardly visible from outside the parc. The G.222 is hardly visible from inside the parc and is still outside the parc on the to be created airport that opens in 2012. It is somewhere as shown in the picture. The PZL-101 used to be in white/black cow c/s near the Mi-2, but is now in a sort of orange jaguar c/s next to the Tiger G.91. The green Mi-2 and red An-2 are still high on poles.

Entry is only 4,50 euro p/p and makes is worth for a daytrip with your kids.

being c/n 544602016, which would make it an ex PWL chopper serial 4602.
With an example of how the Mi-2 c/n plate looks like (honestely said not where it's
exactly positionned inside the airframe) I checked the helicopter. Finally a lot of numbers where found like:
"1165258050", stencilled in the cockpit-glass
"1340" small plate at the radio-equipment, exactly on the same position as "31516" inside the An-2 cockpit !
"50 04 055 01 90 9012" on the left seat.
Nothing matches with c/n 544602016, although I don't doubt the Sep2007 report.
Who can help me where to locate exactly the c/n plate, or has got a picture of
this plate inside the Twisteden airframe ? Nevertheless for the sake of completeness:
(4602) Mill Mi-2 c/n 544602016
I reported it in September 2007. If (and that's a big if) I remember correctly I read this number at the side of the instrument panel. I wrote it down since it looked to me like a cn and I might took a photo of the number, but I don't have that photo anymore. But I can't exactly remember the things.

Regards,

Passed the park yesterday on the way to Weeze. The G.222 is now on poles where the "fake" runway will come.
