Can all foreign participating jets, parked on the flightline, be seen from on base ( spottersarea ) ?

One unexpected visitor at the end of the day on the 11th was this Mirage F.1, which made an emergency landing. It arrived when the majority of the spotters were on their way to or in the cars already.
