Japan Observation Decks

Hi all,

First of all, since this topic is regarding Japan, I would like to express my condolances to the victims.

Now for my question:

Did the earthquake and tsunami have any effect on the opening of the Observation Decks at Japanese Airports? Are the Observation Decks at the airports open by now or is it depending on the location of the airport itself?

The observation decks in terminal 1 and 2 at Narita were open in the week after the tsunami,when I was last there.
