Wittmund F-4's and Skyhawks Air-to-Air
Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Wittmund F-4's and Skyhawks Air-to-Air
Hello Scramblers,
Now that the season has ended we try to update our website, and share with you our photos . We were once again really spoiled this year with plenty of great air-to-air adventures.
One month after the Academy in May, we were more than priviledged to fly with our Skyvan photoship in German airspace to have some encounters of a lifetime!!
First we had some incredible juicy heavy metal chasing us, the iconic F-4 “Rhino” , a view and sound that anyone of us will never forget!
We had a full load in the Skyvan, including some of the new Air-to-Air Academy photographers, singing and cheering whenever the Phantoms made a pass under us. Yes, it really was amazing!
Our second guests were just as special, a pair of A-4 Skyhawks of BAe Flight Systems in perfect lightconditions with a stunning backdrop; how cool can this hobby become
I invite you to have a look at our website for the full report.
Greetz, Eric

Yeah I think so, the two Skyhawks posing for us had extended tailpipes.

Magic shots of the F-4. Why don't we buy Double Ugly's in stead of the JSF? It's our tax money, isn' it, so we decide!
