Well, this aircraft has been used in the past to fly injured military people home. (And AFAIK the repatriation team, or whatever it is called, is still active in Afghanistan.)

Nothing conspiracy. Including pics and interviews, this was published by the RNLAF in "De Vliegende Hollander"
