As of October 9th 2010, there is a new airline operating from Reina Beatrix International Airport, Aruba. The airline is named (how surprising) Aruba Airlines. It operates one (1) Piper Chieftain aircraft, registered in Aruba under P4-AAB.

In the past they leased from Air Holland a B767.

I believe you are now talking about Air Aruba, the airline that was taken over by Venezuelan airline Aserca (in 1996?). This is a complete new operator, just starting up operations.
