Spotting at NAS Nowra, RAAF Williamstown and Richmond

Does any one know how to spot outside the RAAF bases Richmond and Williamstown, and NAS Nowra in Australia? Any good spots available?

All three are listed in our airfield guides: http://www.scramble.nl/airports.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and, yes, all three have good spots available.
