And combining all info:

Currently on the East ramp (K71) is a French Air Force DHC6, all white, with registration F-RACE.
No external serial visible, but this should be 300.
The aircraft arrived as CTM1406 from Evreux and landed on RWY04.

Aircraft can be photographed well, nose heading towards the fence.
Seems she will be here for a short while as all covers and padlocks have been attached.
