I assume 1454 being an ETA? and 900531 the serial (subject to change)???

Correct. And the ETA is said to be in local time (so 1254Z).....

Currently overhead Dortmund at FL200.. Will take another 20 minutes or so. Cannot confirm the serial... :?

Touchdown Runway 22 at 15:20 local. No serial yet.
