This year I spent the summer holiday in Greece with the wife.
Last year it was my turn to choose the place to go so this year she wanted to Greece and picked out some very nice all inclusive resorts in Greece.
Unfortunately for her she didn''t know they were very close to some really nice spotting places....

So we went out some times to catch some nice birds.
This is what we saw:
We started at Araxos we they started flying at 07:30!

The A-7's are still going strong and hope they will for some years!

Also the brand new F-16 Block 52's are based here, which also fly very good!

I really love those high backs!

A rare line up which you never will see outside of greece.

After 50 minutes the A-7's returned. All their missions were exactly this long.

I was very happy that a lot off TA-7C trainers were noted this day.

The F-16's were flying very long, this one came back after more than 2 hours!
Our next stop was at Phantom Town Andravida were they also started early.

To bad the 339 MPK "Aias" don't fly with tailbands, but it still a beautifull plane
![Image](http://img696.imageshack.us/img696/3839/dsc0260bb.jpg)
On this tail you can easy read that it belongs to the 338 MPK with their yellow/black tailbands.

And even from behind in this angle, it still looks nice
Our last paradise was Kalamata, were they only fly in the morning and not on fridays!

Another nice old bird is this T-2E Buckeye, we noted more than 30 different ones flying this periode.

Replacing the old T-37 is done by the well know T-6A, which also have a number of stored ones at this base.
