Location is also confirmed: 55.06 N 38.88 E.
Unit based here is supposed to be the "Центральная авиационно-техническая база ВВС и ПВО ВМФ России" (roughly "Central aviation-technical base of the Air Force and Air Defence of the Russian Navy"), also known as "military unit 13180".
