I really like the I-16 'Flying Barrol' 
@ Jos; the FW190 had a rough / tough landing, not a hard landing (that would be slamming on deck) as these tail-draggers are very sensitive to bouncing as the touch down isn't performed with gentle care

Funny to see the Avenger in Aeronavale colours now. Last year in Switzerland I saw it many times, but still in US colours. They must have been busy this winter.

What an extremely gorgeous bird the Hurricane is! I had the pleasure of seeing her give a small private display over my school here in the UK. What a bird!

Airshow participation lists might not be what they once were, but I for one have thoroughly enjoyed the last few weeks of shows, so here's a smattering of images from the excellent press day at the wonderful La Ferte-Alais. I hope you like them.
