SEM 35 had een embleem met het zeepaardje (11F als ik me niet vergis).

Around 08.00 on Sunday morning a French Navy SA.365 with dayglow parts departed from Hyeres.
The same helicopter was noted outside the evening before (the spotters day).
Who can help me with its id ?

Hi Hans,
Saturday afternoon and evening the F-GVHN was noted by me. It was also involved in the "rescue" of the FW190 pilot. Though quite late if you ask me!
Grt,
Nilson

On Sunday morning we noted the F-GVHN flying from Hyeres.
(and they were quite late on Saturday, the (un-)lucky pilot was already on the beach when the choppers arrived...)
regards,
Michel

The other helicopter involved in the "rescue" was Gendarmerie AS350 coded JCH.

Hello all here,
Question? In several books the Lynx HAS.2 dumped at the other side of Hyères has been quoted as the 260, but the picture shows clearly the serial 620! Now I would like to know if any body has confirmed that 260 was also dumpped at Hyères (at least till April 2009), or was it always the 620 as pictured here?
Thanks for any help,
Trueno

Should be 620, as this one was noted after a w/o in one of the hangars back in 2006. 260 is still on strength with 31F. Noted by me during the 14 July flypast above Paris.Trueno wrote:In several books the Lynx HAS.2 dumped at the other side of Hyères has been quoted as the 260, but the picture shows clearly the serial 620!
