Best days to visit Gatwick/Heathrow/Stansted?

I have plans to visit London from this Saturday until next Tuesday (19-22 June). Port of entry should be Heathrow, but I also hope to visit Gatwick and maybe Stansted. Does anyone have advice of when to go where in order to catch the most interesting airlines and aircraft?

Gatwick: Saturday, so you can catch the Cubana Il-96. That would be about the only interesting one that doesn´t come daily. Stansted maybe on a week day to get more bizjets. Although if you go for that, you should visit Luton instead.
