Thanks for the reports.
The codes of the Rafales have no relation to the units (113-H_ versus 113-I_)
The Rafale C's mentioned as EC01.091 all are from EC01.007
(or at least they all carry units markings from EC01.007).

Du 7 au 10 septembre 2010, deux Transall et trois équipages de l’«Anjou», soit 25 personnes, sont déployés sur la base aérienne 113 de Saint-Dizier, dans le cadre d’une session d’instruction aux équipages. De nombreuses missions sont programmées au-dessus du nord-est de la France : vols tactiques en basse altitude, formations mixtes de type COMAO (Composite Air Operations - formation alliant avions de chasse et de transport)...
