Concorde was sometimes used on the CDG-LHR as well.
Doubt they would ever sell 500+ on a single flight.

Just put everybody up in Business or first and pray for some longhaul bookings !

Those A380-flights have very low (promotional) fares, some of them are 39 euro's one way incl. all taxes. Might be your chance to fly A380 relatively cheap..
First class not bookable btw..

Nice opportunity, too bad AF doesn't make a trip to AMS (their 2nd hub in Europe if you consider AF/KLM in total) with this thing.
Oh well, maybe if KLM or some other airline gets the 787/748 they will do the same?

Reminding that AMS is very limited to receive the A380, LHR is the most logical option to follow

Request; what do the R380FR and A380GB-codes mean in the link from airlineroute.net ??

I'd guess that those are the special booking classes for these flights.

I've been looking at the flights too. Indeed the actual A380 flights are very cheap but if I add up all other costs (AMS-CDG-AMS, hotel etc.) it ísn't that cheap anymore.
Flown in: Airbus A318, A319, A320, A321; Boeing 737-300, 737-400, 737-500, 737-700, 737-800, 757-200, 757-300, 767-200ER, 767-300, 767-300ER, 767-400ER; McDonnell Douglas DC-10, MD-82; Fokker 70; Canadair CRJ-100ER; Embraer E-190, E-195; DHC-8; ATR-42

Will soon fly: Airbus A340-600

The groundtime in LHR is 2hours and 25minutes, should this be enough to clear customs and immigration in LHR?
If it can be done, than the option is to book a return flight on the same day, it's also available for the promotional fare.
But if the CDG-LHR flight is delayed, what are the risks????

Online check-in.
If you have the boarding pass for the return flight already printed off, you can remain airside.

There's no need for online check-in.

This is my first flight I've booked where you automatically receive your boardingpass 30 hours before the flight.
