Found on the former KLu LETS facility on the Oranjekazerne (Schaarsbergen) was former Belgium AF RF-84F FR31. The Thunderflash was painted as KLu P-7.
I think the flash could not been seen from outside perimeters.

This one has been there for years, as far as I know....

Yes thats true, it is a past LETS aircraft.

It was never part of the LETS fleet.

The Flash can indeed (but difficult) be seen from outside
Easier way to get this one is to visit the Oranjekaserne barracks "Historisch Museum Grenadiers & Jagers",
openened 01-04/31-10 each Wednesday & Thursday 13.00/16.00hrs, admission free.
The RF-84F is parked in front of this museum.

Indeed it was never used as an instructional airframe but used as "gateguard".
