Hi all,
The March 2010 issue of Scramble has been released this week!
In this month's edition, we have special features about:
- Haiti the first response
As we all know, Haiti was struck by a very heavy earthquake early in the morning on January 12. Many thousands of people lost all they have. Immediately after the quake, various foreign countries came to help search for survivors and take care of those who needed medical assistance and food. We have a 12 page article with an overview of all known military and civilian aircraft involved including those used for Operation Unified Response
- Legendary workhorse retires
After 56(!) years of operation in US Navy service, the last Sea King has been retired. Two of our readers present a brief view on the history of this mighty helicopter.
- Taiwan triptease special
A trip was made to the Republic of China to capture both its military and civil hardware. With some detailed descriptions about how to act and where to go and where to find wrecks & relics, including co-ordinates, this report is very usable for those that still have Taiwan on the 'to-do' list.
Our monthly returning topics:
-Movements and trips Netherlands, Belgium + Rest of the World, civil and military.
-The latest news, both civil and military.
-Updates on the world's aircraft fleets, civil and military.
-Aircraft mishaps in Dustpan and Brush.
-Wrecks & Relics.
-Warbirds.
-Scramble Intelligence Service.
