The French CL-415 is reported to have cancelled en-route.

It was due to be the same airplane that appeared at the 2008 photoday.

Weather at 13.50Z visability 10 Km,cloud few 020(2,000 feet) scattered 033(3,300 feet) broken 045(4,500 feet) tempo 5000 RA SCT 012.

As can be seen from the movement reports,the only no-show (other than the already cancelled Securite Civile CL-415)was the Mirage 2000D from EC03.003.

Winds of up to 70 Km/h at Nancy-Ochey on the 25th may have been a factor in this airplane not arriving.

I heard it was the condition of the runway at Northolt. A (too) wet runway in combination with a relative short runway caused the cancellation of the French Mirage 2000.

A 5,400 foot runway is on the short side.

Hopefully the weather will be better and Phil is able to persuade Nancy to send a Mirage to the next event at Northolt.
