Looks like a ferry flight with only 7 people (crew) onboard. No fatalities reported.

It is reported (but not confirmed) that the aircraft is the same one involved in this incident on the flight to Hurghada.
Will be interesting to see what factors were involved in this accident.

From flying-kiwi's link: a wing should have fallen off from the plane, according to the pravda. (didn't know that one still existed)

A number of detailed photos of the crash site can be found here.
Looking at these pics, its no wonder that the cockpit crew are reported as being in critical condition, the nose section seems to have taken the brunt of the impact.
As per usual, there are plenty of rumours doing the rounds, but nothing yet that seems to be a reasonable hypothesis as to potential factors in the crash. It'll be a while before the MAK release any findings.

Tu-204 crew switched to manual control before crash
By David Kaminski-Morrow
Russian investigators have determined that the Tupolev Tu-204 which crashed on approach to Moscow Domodedovo last week had adequate fuel on board at the time of the accident.
But the Interstate Aviation Committee has found that the crew switched to manual control after encountering a problem with the flight-control system while attempting an instrument approach to runway 14R.
