Which website is needed to follow and or listen to movements

I remember there has been a post regarding onlime movements from ETAR. I can't find that post nor the info it contained, anymore...

I would like to know via which website, you can track traffic inboud ETAR and other mil stations.

http://www.liveatc.net" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; seems to be one, but no luck there...
