Updated: According to Amsterdam TV AT5 an aircraft belonging to Martinair ended up with one or more parts of the undercarriage in the grass next to a taxitrack. The aircraft had been doing an engine test (following maintenance) in the run-up area when the incident occurred. Most likely cause obviously the icy conditions on the taxitrack. According to Martinair there was no apparent damage to the B767 involved and none of the three people on board were injured.

The aircraft was on its way from SPL-East to the engine run-up, thereby suggesting that it might have been under tow. Most likely cause obviously the icy conditions on the taxitrack.

What a nonsense is told in the news. B767 is standing at engine run-up place and his front wheel is next to the platform. No towtruck in front.....Nose of the 767 in direction of Schiphol East.
